PurePro® Soy 90F-GX

PurePro® Blend GF 70T-Chunk is a structured soy protein isolate utilized in meat and meat analog applications. This unfortified and uncolored product exhibits a chunk-like appearance and a neutral flavor, measuring 1 inch long by 3/4 inch in diameter.
