PurePro® Soy 90F-GX is a non-GMO, highly functional, isolated soy protein with high viscosity and gel strength. This product is used for emulsion meat applications. PurePro® Soy 90F-GX

PurePro® Blend GF 70T-Chunk is a structured soy protein isolate utilized in meat and meat analog applications. This unfortified and uncolored product exhibits a chunk-like appearance and a neutral flavor, measuring 1 inch long by 3/4 inch in diameter. Upon hydration, it develops a meat-like appearance and acquires a fibrous texture, enhancing chewiness and mouthfeel in food applications.
